Recognized by Lawn & Landscape magazine with the prestigious Industry Leadership Award, Pam brings substantial industry experience to Bruce Wilson & Co. She specializes in account manager development, customer loyalty initiatives and systems analysis for our clients.

Pam also assists with peer group facilitation and contributes to the yearly financial benchmark reports. She manages the annual Bruce Wilson & Co. customer survey program, an exclusive offering for Wilson clients interested in obtaining formal feedback from their customers to improve service performance.

An honors graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture, Pam was recruited during her senior year by ValleyCrest and subsequently hired by Bruce Wilson. As a member of ValleyCrest’s corporate team, she helped with maintenance division budgeting and financial review. During her 40-year tenure with ValleyCrest, she assisted in introducing Learning Organization and Systems Thinking to the maintenance division and developed division-wide training for all management-level associates.

While at ValleyCrest, Pam developed 17 unique customer surveys to serve all business divisions and specific service types, and conducted a survey process that interviewed several thousand customers each year. The survey results were used to drive business improvement and provided a valuable metric for employee performance scorecards.

In 2015, Pam joined the Bruce Wilson & Company team as a consultant.
